How to Submit

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: CLOSED

Films must be:

• 60 seconds
• 720 x 480
• 30 fps, deinterlaced if possible
• No audio

Filmmaker's name, Optional secondary name, Name of the film and Category will appear beside the film at all times; any other information can be included with your film as it appears online and should be included with your submission form (mind the character limit).

Or

Snail mail or courier your movie file on a CD or data DVD, along with a printed submission form to:

If you mail or courier your submission, you must fill out the submission form and include a printout with your entry. National entries must be postmarked by July 7th. International entries must be postmarked by July 1st.
