Toronto Urban Film Festival

Working with a group of people over the past 3 years dealing with the West Queen West triangle condo developments, I've come to see urban planning as a concept that mostly gives lip service to local artists and placemakers. Once again, artists and cultural producers are used as fodder for marketing then (not so) politely asked to leave. This animation is my little contemplation on the equation.
