Weapons of Massive Consumption
Forget about packin' heat, we're armed with plastic, pizza and pop. A hipster gobbles up heritage buildings, a man breakfasts on Viagra and an alien sucks back some human refreshment in these stories of a society seeking fame over fulfillment. We may be capable of engineering an earmouse and building vast cities, but we are consuming ourselves to death. (Angie Driscoll)
