Swingsite ('03) documents a playground swing installed in a narrow space between two buildings. The installation transformed an unused space into an experiential public artwork, establishing a dynamic relationship between the participant & the site’s architecture. Integrated into the urban fabric, the ‘Secret Swing’ became an unofficial Toronto landmark widely enjoyed until its removal in 2006.
